      One star is too high of a rating for the customer experience with this organization. Hear me clearly, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to plan your important events! My organization used Connections Housing for our July 2023 event and it was an absolute debacle. Days before the actual event, many attendees had their room reservations cancelled and moved to other hotels farther away in distance. Although individual terms of agreement were changed by Connections Housing, company representatives refused to return deposits. In my particular instance, Connections Housing moved me to a hotel with a higher nightly rate and did not honour the original nightly rate at the hotel previously booked. I will say again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...DO NOT USE!!!

      Every other year the church organization utilizes this company and it’s always the same situation. We have a youth conference that houses from 20-40 thousand people. We wait for the date to book and then when it does groups canning get booked. Their system always crashes, then we have to do something different. This year the same… system crashed… get another date set up due to technical difficulties… then I get in line on the new date and the exact time…. Only to find the hotels are all gone again…. Then placed in a queue for overflow rooms…. They emailed me on a Friday and said to call, for they had rooms available. I called and was able to book rooms within walking distance of where the conference was held. Wake up Monday morning to all my hotel reservations have been cancelled. Back to square one… I contacted them again, because they are not going to call, just email and expect you to receive it. When I contacted, a friendly lady tried to handle something that was very frustrating. She explained that they had OVERBOOKED and so I was left with the short in of the stick. She finally got me rooms 12 MILES OUT away from the conference. I don’t understand why the organization I’m with keeps using this company, but if this company cannot get it right, then maybe this company needs to just do something different and handle the small housing needs. They are seemly not equipped to handle stuff on a larger scale. Ohhh…. and I’m still not sure if I will get kicked out of the rooms 12 miles away. I still haven’t received my full confirmation and full price.
