    I booked 2 separate parties with this company. One for my sisters 30th on April 13th and one for my son 16th on May 11th. I signed both *** invoices on 3/11/24 at 4:37PM. I paid the deposit of $867.35 for my sister party on 3/17/24. This entire time I was dealing with a woman named *****************************. But on the day of my sisters party (4/13/24) I was suddenly dealing with a ***********************. She was very rude and pushy all because I asked if I could change the time of my sons party that was a whole month away. When I got to the party nobody helped me to my area, I had to find it myself. I had to find who my host was. My food was put out before I arrived at 6pm and my party was at 7pm and they didnt tell me it was out till 8pm! I had to keep asking where my host was to provide my guests with beverages like soda, tea and water. I had to ask for condiments to be put out for the food. I had to remind them of food items I ordered that werent put out. But of course when the party was over all of a sudden Staff was available to shoo us out. AND they were going to toss all of my leftover food! I knew I still had a balance of about $400 that need paid but as I sat there trying to pay it was not allowing me to. I emailed Rose right away. On Monday 4/15/24 I heard from ******* by phone. She stated I actually had a credit and they would be refunding me the amount and I can put it towards my sons party. About 15 minutes later ******* called me back to tell me a actually owed $400 (which made sense to me). As I was preparing to pay the $400, ******* tells me to hold on a sec then tells me to refresh my page where I have the *** pulled up. My balance owed had changed to $1269!!! She has altered my signed contract to get my total past $2000 because she stated people having parties on a Saturday night have to pay $2000! She altered a signed contract and demanded payment at that moment! She stated if I didnt pay, Id need to cancel my sons party that was now less than a month away
