    This company is nothing but a total scam! They falsely represent themselves and do nothing but lie to get you to book the reservation. They tell you the venue is almost full, that you get a discount, you can make changes, etc! It's all lies! They charge a ridiculous penalty amount for changes. They are also high pressure giving you no time to read over the contract! These people scammed me last summer for a sales conference. They had the nerve to call back again and try to do it this year too! I told them I was not interested in their scam and they hung up! LOL...

    Beware! This company posed as the official rep for accommodation at the Boston RV Expo and is fraudulently charging people for hotel reservations as others have described below. They charged my card for a deposit which was never refunded even after I called to cancel. They then charged a balance of over $700 that they said I still owed. They say I signed a contract which they could not produce. They are very tricky and deceptive. I've filed with American Express to recoup these charges. Hopefully, they will be shut down as they are scammers.

    I would give them a 0 stars if I could. I was lied to repeatedly. Do not trust them at all and they say the rooms are almost all booked and they are giving you a great price. The room was 25% more than anyone else. They said you can cancel at any time up to 25 days prior. They do not tell you that then you lose 25% of the cost. They lie and then they do not respond. Avoid this company at all cost.

    In my personal opinion, this company is a total scam. They made two representations to me on the phone: 1) They were the EXCLUSIVE rep of the trade show for travel and 2) they had blocked the rooms and were providing me LOWEST rate possible for exhibitor attendees. BOTH were false. I called them back 3 MONTHS before the trade show date to let them know that they had misrepresented themselves and that I wanted to cancel my reservation. The rep on the phone became aggressive and confrontational, letting me know that I had "signed a contract" and that the company had the right to charge me 25% for cancelling. The original agent/rep on the phone had made two false representations regarding their relationship with the trade show and their ability to provide the LOWEST rate possible so that they could fraudulently induce me to sign the contract. I believe that this company merely books rooms elsewhere, charges you the a 60% HIGHER rate ($200 vs. $125), then if you find out and cancel, they wave the fraudulently induced contract in hopes that you won't call your bank so that they can keep the 25% cancellation fee. I believe this is nothing more than scammy con of a company presenting a facade of legitimacy to unsuspecting exhibitors and attendees. I don't know any other way to describe it.

    Complete SCAM!!! I was called by *** saying they were the booking agent for a trade show I was attending in March 2023. They represented themself as the booking agent for the show saying I needed to book ASAP because rooms were almost gone. Very pushy saying I needed to book today and could modify reservation. Now I know they have NO association with the trade show and they have VERY restrictive Change /Cancel policies. They completely misrepresented (LIED) about everything.Please BEWARE!!

    Thanx to the other reviews here, I didn't pressured into doing business with this group. Make every attempt to keep you on the phone; pushy about collecting info to secure the deal and lie about their affiliation to tradeshow events to close the deal.
