    In November 2022, I contacted ***************************, an immigration lawyer that was referred to me by a friend who hired her for immigration services as well. **** agreed to take my case that consisted of in to apply for the Parol Program for Cuban citizen and for the work permit. I sent her a total of $ *******. I paid her through Zelle at the phone number she provided me for it: ************. After we spoke a few times, she asked me to continue communicating with her secretary, *****. However, **** and her secretary refused to send me any proof or receipt from my applications, and they stopped communicating with me by *****. Nevertheless, I kept calling them for 2 more months without results. Therefore, I went to the police station of ********, **, and they advised me to go to ****** and to hire a lawyer, but I dont work, and I dont have the money to do it. I also wrote to channel 52 *********** because they have a segment where they help some people to resolve their issues, but they also advised me to hire a lawyer. Therefore, my only hope at this moment is to write these complaints and wait if there is something else, I can do to recuperate the money they took from me. This person also have another business in ******* and this is her address *************************************************
