    Kings of Vegas did not deliver on the contract in two ways:1) The truck was delivered late.2) The truck was NOT delivered in working order. The truck had numerous wiring, software, and hardware issues that it took us several weeks to resolve.We would like the seller of the truck to purchase the truck back at full retail cost.

    We did exactly what was written in the contract, ****** complain falls on him only. We as a company and as stated in the contract are not responsible for transportation & shipping, we told this many times and we tried to help him.

    He was the one that payed for the transport and hired a third party profesional company to transport his item. The lateness of deliver has nothing to do with ***. The truck was also in perfect working order before it left and we have txt & video proof of this, the issue might be the fact that they didn't know how operate the computer image player since they skipped the one time in person tutorial that we offer. They didnt wanna come and simply got the truck shipped to them right away. **** was very disrespectful & even threaten to kill me for the issue of not helping out with a request that wasn't part of the deal. He told me his partner could come to my house and kill me if I didnt comply. **** wants to return the truck but as stated in the contract and signed by the both of us, (THE ***** IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF THE LED TRUCK AND THE LED VEHICLE SYSTEM IS FINAL SALE NO REFUN S AND SOLD AS IS.

    **** was rude, disrespectful, threatening & very aggressive, this is something that my family company aren't ok with.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Incorrect. The truck did not function upon receipt. This had nothing to do with training. There were both hardware and software issues.

    Additionally, the alleged threat of violence is 100% fabricated and wholly untrue. *** is simply trying to complicate the issue by fabricating this story and they know that.

    Staircase simply wanted the contract fulfilled properly.
