    placed order 12/15/23 paid extra for shipping, product still hasn't shipped, I've tried calling multiple times and sent messages and can not get a response. I do not recommend this comapny

    Placed order online for Epson ink, credit card was charged. Item never shipped. Ten emails were sent to customer service with no reply. The company phone number is a voicemail that is full, so you can't even leave a message. Worst customer support for a company that I have ever seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND send ANY business to this company - total scammers. Now I have to file a fraud case with my credit card company to get my refund.

    Date of Transaction: 8/22/23 (Order #***** Amount: $359.95 Product: EPSON SureColor T3270 TD270 T7270 5-Pigment XD Ink Cartridges Shipping Policy: FREE Shipping: All orders over $35 shipped to a *** address can ship for free to the customer. This shipping method is a **** day delivery time. We will ship with one of the following: **** Priority Mail or ***** Ground Service.Nature of ********************* has not yet shipped out the product as it has been over 30 days, the order on the website says it's still awaiting fulfillment, but hasn't been updated since 8/22. We've also verified that the company has subtracted the $ amount from the payment provided. I have reached out to this company via email and via their website contact form over four times and have not received any reply. They also do not have a contact phone number listed anywhere. We've also called the number listed on the cc charge and it just rings, then says the voicemail is full. This business has not tried to resolve this issue and I don't believe they will ever. The last review listed on their website was on 3/01/21. If you also review the company's ******** page, you'll see A LOT of complaints and upset people over the company not replying to their requests and or they have not been fulfilling their orders either. We believe that this company is committing fraud against their paying customers and never sending out product, replying to inquiries, and I doubt they will ever give us a refund unless we dispute the charges which we are.

    I have placed several orders over the last few months and I have been selecting two day delivery which interns I never receive product in the time that I chose that option needs to be taking off charge for two day delivery, but I havent been receiving them my items to a month later but you were charging for two day delivery if you were not able to get your consumer the product in a timely manner, you need to take that option off and stop charging for a two day delivery when no one receives your product and 3 to 6 week time in which you need to put on your website, if you were going to be taken a month to send someone their product out and stop charging for the next day shipping second day shipping thats not fair to the consumer have sent several emails to the owner ****** have also emailed several emails. No response from no one in the company. I have made a post via ******** asking for help. And to my surprise, when I ask the community that us using his company, everyone has complained that there are not receiving their product til a month or two later some not at all Whats going on with this company This is getting ridiculous.

    This is my second time ordering a product from this company. The first time, I had no issues. This time, however, there's a problem. When I placed my most recent order, there was no tracking number to monitor the shipment status of my package, which I was supposed to receive within 4 to 10 days. I ordered on April 20th and I still have no package, no way to track it, and no response from the business after 2 direct messages to the contact section of their website, an e-mail reply, and an unanswered phone call. The supplies I ordered are needed for my business; I'm losing money the longer my machine is down waiting to receive this order. So I'd either like a status on my well-overdue shipment, or a prompt refund.

    placed an order on march 30,2023 order number Order #***** merchant sent tracking number which was created on april 6 there has been no movement on the item i have contacted him several times to see what is going i have texted email and called no response my total was $332.75 either refund me or send my order out the communication is null and void on the merchant part

    I ordered Epson F170 Dye Sublimation Ink for my Epson sublimation printer. When I received the package yesterday the ink is not Epson instead it is Epson compatible ink. Per Epson's policy if you use an ink that is not Epson you void your warranty. I reached out to the company asking for a full refund and told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for return shipping. I pointed out that the listing says ***** ink and therefore there was not an error on my part. ********************* replied with: "show me a bottle of Epson ink in this style of bottle. You can not. Why would we be selling Epson ink in this bottle. You think you know more about ink than everyone else. You do not. If you would have started this with respect I would bend over backwards for you but you have a bad attitude and think we are out to get your money. And Epson can not void your warranty" I have filed a dispute with my credit card company that *********** case # is *************** I am attaching my receipt for the transaction that clearly shows Epson Ink.

    I place Order #***** on August 10, 2022 for 3 items (one set of 9 filled ink cartridges; one set of 9 90ml bottles of pigmented Ink; and one set of 6 sublimation refillable ink cartridges) for a total of $200.85. I received 3 items from them on August 13th. I opened the box and saw that sent me a set of 9 empty cartridges instead of the pigmented ink bottles. The same day, I filled out a return request on the website stating that I received the wrong item. On the 14th I received an email telling me that my request was Authorized. I received another message via their webpage asking me to confirm that I didn't receive the correct item and once I confirmed, they would send me a return label, and will send me the ink bottles. I did confirm that ****** was correct. The only other email that I received was on the 14th for the order I already received on the 13th. I still have not received any Return Label, nor any correspondence from them except on Sept. 13th about a sale they were offering. I sent them another message on Sept. 15th via their webpage asking on an updated status of my return label or when I was going to receive my ink bottles, and have not heard anything back from them. I'd either like my 9 filled ink bottles, or a refund of my $52.95 if they are not going to send me the product.Sincerely,**************

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I will await receipt of my refund.  Will it go back into my account, or how do I know it has been done?
