      Date of transaction:02/06/2023 Paid in cash: $300.00 There was hidden charges envolved for $948.00 For 7 year my husband and me went to that office to pay our car insurance. Only for this unique time left them (**** and **********) our income tax return was prepared by them. Our refund is $3,492 and we checked that in "where is my refund" (IRS website) On 06/24/23 we received a deposit to our ***** fargo bank account only of $2,544.10. We called ****** and **********. At the moment only ********** answered the phone explaining illogical reasons why we received less. She tells us about of prior debts that we have with IRS, and said that they (****** and **********) work with a bank that collect additional fees to get the refund ready in our bank account. Please help us, she now is rude with us and told us that we are not going to get our money back.Cellphone **********: **************. Office Phone: ************** ********** is incredibly dishonest and lies so much that she believes her own lies. How many people did she and ********************? Please help us. We don't speak much English so I would like you to help us get JUSTICE.It was our bad hour in that office where for so many years we were going to pay our auto insurance. ****** wrapped my husband and charged him $300 cash. We have the receipt of the payment and the copy of the taxes and when we got home we found that our declaration had another bank account number and that's where the whole show began.We had always done our taxes in another office where they always explained everything to us and charged us only $160 and all our money always came to us without any fraud, but this time the car insurance office was closer to us and that's why we went.Please, the money that my husband costs so much effort with his hard work cannot be taken by this fraudulent office. Help us get our money back. The truth is that we want what they secretly deducted $948 from us, and also those who charged us $300. Total $1,248.00

       I HAVE BEEN DOING TAXES FOR 25 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM **************** HAS BEEN INFORMED ON ALL OF HER TAXES AND WAS EXPLAINED THAT FOR EFILE THE **** AND PROGRAME PROVIDER CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL FEE WE CHARGE $300 THEY SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS AGREEING TO SUCH FEES FROM **** AND PROGRAM PROVIDER MY COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT AND DO NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THAT FEE WE WILL SEND YOU THE AGREEMENT THAT THE GRACIAS SIGNED BUT ON THE OTHER HAND WE DONT NEED ANYONE BAD MOUTHING MY COMPANY WITH SLANDEROUS REMARKS WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 25 YEARS WITHOUT ONE COMPLAINT AND WE TO WORK HARD BUT I WONT TOLERATE TO REMARKS OF A FRUADANT COMPANY

      I did there taxes and they wanted it fast I explained that the bank charges for that service they said okay now they are complaining about the fee the bank and process center took and know they say they even want my fee too I have a business to run and after 25 years in business Im having to deal with this everything was done professionally did they also tell you that the husband stole an American citizen social security number to work which is a identification theft which Im going to report to the social security agency and his employer she put all kind of bad things on social media about me which is called liable I think now I will file a police report on the stolen social security number what about the poor person who has that number and the trouble they are going to have and today Im filing and civil lawsuit on them for $20,000 for damages done by social media post fell free to contact me at **************
