      I made a payment on August 28th with my Upgrade visa debit card I kept having no services the service is horrible they said we'll you only have 2 gigabytes they kept asking what am I streaming I said I am using the internet to work I have to time for playing games at times I use it to watch *** on my TV what a violation *** is it to them
      So I had no internet yesterday evening today in the morning again no internet I listen to a voice mail saying my services have been suspended their billing cycle is weird they bill way in advance and can't even tell you the day it is due
      I see so many things wrong with this company they are still operating like it 1995
      I want a full month free for their trespassing and lack of service and being so ruthless
      I will also be filing a review on my 22 million per month viewers platform on Google Maps they need to get it together

      Our Client **** signed up service with us and then disputed on his credit card the setup fee and first months billing. We disabled his service because he disputed the bill. Then billing talked to him and told him that he still owed the setup and first month bill because it wasn't paid and he yelled and swore at our billing department. I can send you the Dispute and phone call.

      I never disputed anything but I want to hear the call as a matter of fact Metro and Attorney General are looking into my ***** bank because my account was compromised loosing over $17K out of funds with check forgery and apparently disputes so it is ongoing and I and so will they want to hear their call and their records specially a call.

      I am done I was shocked that there was no call of me disputing the charges as they mentioned I am reestablishing our relationship and maybe taking their 1 star to 3 stars only because I want to be supportive of small businesses
