  The manager took advantage of me. I was speaking to the Hailey who at first advised me that she didn’t think they could help me with the case work I needed but she returned with the owner who told me me they would do this and that, the unprofessional charged me 700.00 and I kept advising them I needed it to go with the documentation I had to file. I called daily and even told them I didn’t want the service. I called and was advised they had other paying clients cases they were working and that’s wasn’t what I was told while I was sitting there crying pouring my heart out to these people and then when I went to pick up the paperwork they provided after I had needed to file it , he had the nerve to come out with an additional bill for 512.00 and then I got to being irate then he gone say they would waive the 512.00. This company takes advantage of people at their most vulnerable and don’t care about the client at all and I don’t appreciate that at all. I don’t work and money I do get it was what I needed in a timely matter that I was advised would be but I messed up by letting him run my credit card without doing anything first and when I asked to cancel the service they made every excuse in the book and I’m very unhappy with this business

  We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts surrounding this situation. This client hired us to conduct comprehensive Criminal History Background Investigations on three individuals as part of her child custody case. The client signed our contract late on a Thursday evening, fully understanding that courts and certain records offices are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  
  Despite those limitations, our team worked diligently and completed the entire project by the following Wednesday — essentially within three business days. In total, we provided the client with 76 separate reports, totaling 1,009 pages of documentation, all summarized into clear findings designed to support her case in court. While we did exceed the initial budget due to the volume of records uncovered and reviewed, we voluntarily waived $512.00 in additional fees because our mission is to help people, especially in difficult situations like child custody matters. It’s disappointing to see this review misrepresent the facts. At no point did we “take advantage” of the client — we delivered the work she requested, under tight time constraints, and went above and beyond to ensure she was fully prepared for her court appearance. We stand by our work and our ethics, and we remain committed to providing professional, thorough, and compassionate investigative services to every client we serve.
