I have been with Connect Invest for just under a year or so and I would FULLY recommend this company to anyone looking for not only dependable but a stable investment opportunity. I can certainly understand the skepticism around what Connect Invest is trying to do but I can tell you from first hand experience that not only is Todd (the CEO) and Mason (Director of Client Operations) top notch but they are both open to hearing ideas that clients may have about the product and what they would like to see. At first i was a little concerned, namely when they walked me through the process i was thinking to myself, "you are going to give me 9% FIXED in the 24 month product with no price adjustments or unrealized gain/loss and i can be liquid in 2 weeks if need be with a small penalty," what is the catch? I tried them out in the 6 month product getting a fixed 7.5% APY and it worked like expected with no issues or hidden surprises. I then decided to put a larger amount with them for the 24 month product and i will be putting my interest from that into the 6 month product there by capturing 16.5% per year for myself. You may be thinking well it looks like a CD but isn't Real Estate risky? I would actually say that with the way smaller banks and Credit Unions are going currently you may be at a bigger risk putting your money in a CD with a credit union even though it is FDIC insured, ask those folks at SVB or Signature how it is going getting there money? Plus, the interest you receive here is paid to you on a monthly basis which you can take right away if you want. I would certainly recommend this company and what they are doing and if anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me. Happy to discuss it with you.Connect Invest Corporation
