    My husband and I brought his Rolex watch for repair around February 11, 2023 to **************************** Doctors. The jeweler's name came by the name of **********. His full name is **** NMN ***. He was referred to ** by a certain ***** who we just learned recently was his Ex Wife. She works at a Jewelry repair store in ***************************. ******* did good work and we thought he was trustworthy. However, during this last repair he kept on giving ** excuses as to why the watch was not ready. Lately, signs were on the store window citing different reasons. Finally last Saturday, April 29, *************************************************************************** the store were lease owner *********************, ex wife ***** and son *********************. They said ********** disappeared with the jewelry. We called the police to report the incident.

    On 04/18/2023 Mr ********** asked me if I wanted a upgrade on my appraisal and if I wanted to have a piece of my watch fixed I said yes I went over to his shop he told me it will be done the following day 04/19/2023 around 4 pm . I came back the next day around the time he had told me to come he wasn't there I called his phone serval of times texted him as well through out the day I went by the shop on the days it would be open around 9:30a.m he shop doesn't open until 10am I see other customers also looking through the shop windows trying to figure why aren't his doors open and why he isn't responding to calling costumers. On 04/29/2023 I wentbback up to his shop and. Seen a lady sneaking into the shop I asked her where is the man that works up here she said she doesn't know anything . So other customers cam in as well an asking where is he he has my jewelry and gold isn't answering my calls .
