    02/04/2023 responded to an ad offering a dog food e-cookbook. As soon as I completed my order, including giving cc, the screen changed to a page entitled welcome to Tour Of Food thanking me for my cookbook subscription adding up to over $500.00 per year. I followed my suspicion of a "bait and switch" scam to the BBB and my suspicion was confirmed. The complaint was dated 2020 same .99 cent ebook offer then switched to the Tour Of Food unauthorized subscription for several cookbooks. The ***** NUMBER for my dog food ecookbook is ********. Who knows if I have a Tour of Food account/order number. Please stop BigKitchen and all affiliates from ever scamming someonelse by having them banned from any and all social media platforms currently in operations and all future social media platforms. What these crooks are doing is criminal and should be prosecuted in a Court of Law with a jury and media coverage. I have not tried to find what I did order as of now The ECookbook of Dog Food Receipes. At this point, the .99 cent "bait" used by these thrives is the least of my worries. Don't hesitate to ask me for more information. Thank you for helping helpless victims whom have been "cat fished", scammed, "bait and switched", and tricked by unscroupless crooks.

    Big Kitchen Order # ******** Ordered a 99 cent ecookbook on June 3, 2022 and unknown to me I was charged $19.99 a month starting on July 3, 2022 thru January 3, 2023 for a total of $139.93. I discovered this while going through my bank statements preparing for my 2022 taxes.When I called them they told me they could only refund the last charge of $19.99 since I had access to thousands of recipes online during all of this time. How would I have access to them when I was unaware of this?I am requesting the balance of $119.94 to be refunded.The form would not allow me to include their Suite # in their address ********************************************************************************

We contacted the customer on March 8th, 2023. She was refunded for her order and is satisfied with this outcome . 
          We apologize for any and all inconvenience that ****************** has experienced as a result of this purchase. We try very hard to satisfy our customers and to learn from them when they have not had a good experience with us. We hope and trust that this matter is now resolved for all parties.
