    This company fraudulently charged my account after trying to purchase and item on *******************. Beware they charged another $25 under another fake name, and all this has been reported and being investigated. Will report back if the charges are refunded or not but appears to be a part of a large scheme. Interested in response from business and would like contact info due to no answer on phone numbers or emails.

    On Nov 21, 2023, I ordered some kitchen appliances for $9.95 on-line. It was promoted as a pre-Black Friday sale of multiple kitchen non-stick frying pans. I used my credit card and entered my contact information including phone number, email and shipping address.I received no communication from the vendor, but my charge did successfully go through on my credit card. After 2 weeks, I tried to call the company to get a status update, and I looked at their website. I emailed their customer service and asked for an order status update. No response. When I tried to call them multiple times, all that happens is you get put in a line, and no one ever actually answers the phone. I waited over 20 minutes twice on Dec 4th. No one answers.On Dec 5th, this same vendor charged my same credit card $179.84. I did not authorize this charge. I tried twice more to call them on Dec 6th. I waited for an hour the first time, and 20 minutes the second time, but they never answer the phone. I emailed them again. No response.This behavior indicates to me that they are most likely a scam business, and they are going to try to keep charging my account for things I don't approve. I disputed the $9.95 charge with my credit card company. And I will have to repeat the dispute when the $179.84 charge processes. Very frustrating.
