1 starWish we shopped around before having projects done with them. They did our balcony and enclosed part of our backyard to make into a sunroom and did a lousy job. When it rained hard weeks ago, it got flooded. Told them to fix/reseal it but there was no sense of urgency to schedule for them to fix. Project costed us $20k just the sunroom enclosure plus extra 15k I think for balcony. Guess what? It rained hard again today and once again, it flooded. The gutter drain installed by the balcony just on top of the sunroom is too short where it brings the water down the pillar. This caused water fall down the wall and splashing on the walls that were recently installed. We asked to get the gutter extended to the side so it diverts the water off the balcony and to the sides so it doesnt water fall down the new walls downstairs. Water was leaking from under the wall and into the room. We would need to get the wall sealed from the inside and outside. They ordered the part for the gutter and when it came, no sense of urgency. They should refund part of our money. We don't feel valued as a customer.

5 starsI was ******** for patio installations when an ad for Proficient Patios caught my eye. I really liked their website, and they had some great offers, so I excitedly gave them a call! I've been working on fixing up my backyard for a couple of years now, and replacing my back patio is the last finishing touch. I was thrilled to have their sales representative come out, and I eagerly set up an appointment. He walked me through different pictures and designs and even showed me some neat computer renderings of their outdoor landscaping and tile options. I was very impressed with the warranty, and they even made the project easy to get started with some helpful financing. But it was the Vacation Voucher that made this backyard project even more fun! After such a big investment, it will be nice to treat my family to a fun vacation, and I just have to thank Proficient Patios for such an awesome offer and outstanding experience!Review fromWilliam S

5 starsThey were super fast, dependable. Anytime they said they were going to come out, they did. Matt and the team services our patio cover installation without any issues. 5 starsThese guys were great from the moment we started. I hired Proficient Patios and Jessica setup our project with Kevin with no problems! I was looking for an outdoor kitche, came in and was given a lot of examples and such from the staff here. Despite it being 110+ degree days here, they were able to get started and get the project completed in a pretty itmley manner. Amazing service and I would recommend them.Review fromScott T

5 starsEveryone here was super helpful. I came in to ask some questions about a patio cover, and installation of an outdoor grill. The work was done not done, but Matt and his team did come out and give me an estimate. A close friend of mine used them in the past and I was happy with their work. 4 starsAs we're approaching the summer months, we recently hired them to help with an outdoor awning project to help protect the sun from beating down on our windows. I feel the quality of the service we received by them was great. Matt was quick to com eout and get us quoted. I feel the service was good and was done in just two days from when they began. These people came highly recommended and I can see why. After having Matt come out to give us a quote and some negotiating, we decided to moe forward with an outdoor wooden deck that was on the back of our home. The project got done in fairly quick time frame. These guys were always on top of things. I feel they always showed up when they said they would, worked very hard and got things done within a week and a half. The quality of the material and the job they did left me happy. I would recommend these guys.

5 starsI feel they do amazing work. John and his team of three others came out to help with some concrete work that led out to our pool. The service was done in a fairly quick time frame. I feel the service was great and exceeded my expectations. The project was done in less than a week and a half. The price I paid was reasoanble. 5 starsI wanted to wait a while before I went on to share my experience. I recently hired Proficient Patios to help with an outdoor project. Matt was able to come out right away and help with the estimate. The full backyard renovation was done fairly quick, maybe took a week and a half. The demo took maybe two days. I had a lot of things like pavers, a patio cover put up, a few other things. The price was reasonable. I had an issue at first, which was quickly addressed. I think the entire service with them was good though
