    I am rejecting this response because: The business owner has not picked up the human f**** his employee left in our community common area and he has not reversed any charges for the work he didn't do per our quote. We now have to do the work ourselves and half already filled up half a dumpster. It's twice as much work because of the gravel he mixed with the crushed rock he was supposed to remove.

We do not in any way condone that type of behavior.  We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including the full refund you will be receiving for the services.

    The client had prohibited ** from reentering the property which resulted in ** not being able to remove any materials ourselves. They also stated that the city would have to pick up the human f**** As for the reimbursement of funds on services not performed, that has already been made via we pay.

    I am rejecting this response because: We asked that your employees who defecated on our property not come back and why would we want them here. We called the city and they can not pick up after your employees waste. We also called the health department.  I asked you to come pick it up multiple times as we do not want your disrespectful employees on our property but you refuse to respond to my messages. Also, my next door neighbors just informed me your employees threw cups and receipts in their yard. They have this on camera. We have yet to receive reimbursement.

    Green Anchor made no attempt to refund us nor did he try to remedy the poor work he did or clean up after his worker defecated on our property.
