    I have a complaint against the following business registered in ******, ***:Alitomco ****Website: ************************************ ***** is a bestselling author, speaker and love coach. Her company Alitomco **** sells digital programs along the lines of self-help/ motivational materials. I bought programs from her before in 2023 (always under $500). I recently bought an expensive new program (***********************************) because ******* ***** assured me it would help me in my career. The price of the program is $4500. On May 6th, 2024, I paid the first installment of $2300 via bank transfer to the Alitomco account ******* had shared. However, I quickly realized that this was not the right program for me and certainly not worth my investment of $4500, so I sent in my request to withdraw from the program on May 10, 2024. The company closed my dashboard access by mid-May but I never heard back regarding my refund. I tried to email both customer care and *******, but my mails are currently unanswered and there has been zero communication from the company since my dashboard was closed. There is no customer contact number on the website. Based on Yelp reviews, this company does not give refunds and there have been frustrated customers before who spent thousands of dollars but didnt get them back when they were not satisfied: **************************************************. This is an absolutely unethical business practice with zero accountability towards customers. I also did not receive any written proof of purchase or a formal invoice or a contract. The only proof of purchase I have is the payment receipt from my bank for the international transfer of $2300 to ********************* Alitomco bank account. $2300 is a significant amount for me as a part of my monthly salary. I really need it refunded to my bank account. I do not want to be forced to buy another program from the company for this amount.I sincerely look forward to your support.

    I still have not received my money ($2300) back and nor is the company answering my emails. I am sorry to see that you closed the complaint. And I also see a rating of A+ which is completely wrong. You can reach ******* ***** at the verified email: ******************************* (she has responded before there).

    I want to *** the company in Small Claims Court but I am unable to track their exact address. A possible residential address of ******* ***** is ******************************************************************

    I can confirm that *******'s husband *********************** is the owner of Alitomco *** (****************************************). I would appreciate every help to track the company's location and to get my $2300 back.

    Could their bank Capitol One be of any help? It was their account to which I transferred the payment. The payment received is attached.

    Dear BBB Team, 

    I found the legal registration records of the company as attached. 

    I had also sent them a formal demand letter before a Small Claims case submission (attached) on June 5th, 2024 but there has been no response whatsoever from the company as of today - June 27th, 2024.

    I am ready to file the case - I can wait to see if there is a resolution with your intervention and if the company refunds my $2300. Please keep me informed - many thanks!

    I am really sorry to hear that the company did not respond. I have not heard from them either. Would you recommend filing a legal case against them? Should this be a Small Claims Court or a Civil Case? Could it be possible that the mail at the registered address is not forwarded or that the company simply has no obligation to respond to BB?

    I have addition info on ******* ***** with regard to the possible residential address. Will this help?
