    Co-signed on a loan with my niece for a mobile home. She was approved in October of 2024. They were supposed to give her the keys when she paid the down payment of $2900. She paid the down payment and didn't receive the keys. They said there was an issue with some kind of paperwork from the previous manager. They have checked my credit score multiple times from October 2024 through February 2025. They continuously call my niece about her credit, even though the loan was approved in October. We signed a few more forms in November, and she was promised the keys before Thanksgiving. There were some more excuses, she was told by the first of December. She did not receive keys until December 18, 2024. They received down payment in October. Now, they are telling us that we need to reapply for said approved loan. She has received a notification to vacate premises. No 30 day notice, no court date, just 2 weeks to move. I want my niece's money returned, including the lot rent they gladly accepted. $2900 - down payment plus the payments she has made towards said unapproved loan. 3 months of payments towards said unapproved loan.

    I am receiving NUMEROUS emails from this company.1. You are to immediately cease sending emails (within 24 hours)2. You are to disclose where/when/who and the ** address where you obtained my information 3. You are to COMPLETELY and IMMEDIATELY delete ALL my ************** are to ensure that ALL my information is COMPLETELY and IMMEDIATELY deleted from ANYONE who you may have shared or sold my information to.I will accept NO other response than what is stated above.
