    I ordered a vanity from Lowes that was due to be delivered 1/5/24, it never came. I did not receive any updates in regards to the delivery of my order. Today 1/8/24 the delivery company showed up unannounced and left the vanity directly in front of my vehicle in my driveway. Lowes policy which is listed on their website is for large items to be delivered to the "nearest main entrance of your home". I opened my front door when I saw the delivery guy out there and informed him that I didn't know he would be coming and questioned him about bringing the item in the home. He waved a white paper that he was holding in his hand and said that's all he was required to do. I called Lowes and found out the name of the shipping company was "Seko". I called "****" and they were able to reach the delivery guy who LIED and said he rang my bell and we did not move the cars. WELL I HAVE A RING DOOR**** THAT SHOWS DIFFERENT. HE NEVER RANG THE **** OR MADE AN ATTEMPT TO BRING THE **** TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE. **** said they could not get anybody to return today to move the item from in front of the vehicle. I contacted ***** and spoke with manager ******* and he told me there was nothing he could do and directed me to call **** back, said it was between me and them. I beg to differ. I'm the consumer, I made a purchase from Lowes who has a contract with ****. If the company they contracted is not following their policy then they should intervene instead of washing their hands of the situation and leaving me in a difficult situation. It took a lot of discussing and explaining for ******* to decide to even reach out to the delivery company. As a manager for ***** I expected a lot more from him, he was very dismissive and nonchalant when addressing the situation. He initially told me that was their policy and there was nothing he could do. I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION.
