    On Wednesday October 11th at 12:15pm I visited the UPS Store#2938 on 7065 W Ann Road in Las Vegas, NV 89130 to drop off two ****** return items. The person behind the counter asked if I had packaging for one of the items. Since I did not he told me I could purchase it there. I rejected. He then refused to scan and take the other item I had to return for no reason.
    I asked him to call the manager so I could complain about him and his refusal to take my properly packaged return. He replied that he is the manager. I asked for his name and his employee number and he only gave me his first name Craig.
    He then told me to leave and that he is calling the police because I'm insulting him and threatening him. This of course was not at all the case. Unfortunatly there were no other witnesses to see this happen. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I want this employee to be dealt with by his superiors and a formal apology from the store.
