      I'm a service processor for the Chief-Federal-Postal-Court-Judge :Mark-******: Christopher. ASAP MAIL & COPY is unfair, conducts bad business, rude, etc. I had documents printed with incomplete printing on them I went back the next business day to have them printed out correctly and the individual behind the counter kept harassing me because I was not going to pay again because they said I would have to pay again. I had to explain my self to her more that three times what happened then she kicked me out of the store she said we don't need your business go somewhere else. I was not belligerent to her. I walked in happy letting them know what happened and what I needed with my receipt. Instead of conducting good business and correcting the error she pushes it. This is my way of showing the facts for what they are.

      We were notified of this customer review when it was submitted on 9/10/23. When customers come into the store to print at the end of the transaction they are asked if the prints are ok. It is the customers responsibility to inform us if the prints did not come out as he wanted them. There are also times when its not the printer but the pdf or the document the customer is printing. My employees will not harass anyone and as a courtesy the prints were re-printed for him at no cost. He was informed that he should have let us know at the time of purchase not the next day. Mr. ******** did not want to pay for the new prints and was not very nice to us. I did not want him to continue making a scene at my store so as a courtesy I re-printed them. We don't own the printer and we have to pay for every print that comes out of the printer. If it our printer issue then we will make it right in which we did even though it was not our fault. It really makes me sad to hear him write a review that is not true/one sided story as we strive to provide good customer service to our customers. But if a customer is making a scene and treating me or my employees poorly at our store we have the right to refuse service. If he was asked to leave the store it was due to his behavior towards me and my employees.
