- Additional Info:The Transportation Services Authority regulates the moving of houshold goods from point to point within the state of Nevada. The agency does not regulate "packers and loaders" whereby a consumer would rent a truck and provide their own transportation; nor does the TSA regulate the moving of office furniture. Certified movers, regulated by the TSA, must provide professional and timely service, binding estimates BEFORE the move, and cargo insurance in the event there is a loss or damage to the consumer's possessions while in the care of the mover.
