    i went to ship three packages on the 14th of Dec in 2023 i asked the guy if i can ship them using tracking about three times each time he refused said i didnt need it that he was goning to put two stamps on eack package and should be enough he picked the packages up one by one in an up and down motion claiming they didnt weight much so two stamps were good enough and asked for $5 and said cash only but i take zelle if you got it and again i asked for tracking he said no the stamps are fine said they would ship that day 12/14/23 then said call at 5pm to make sure i ship them off i thought was wierd then 2 weeks later i asked the popele if they received them all 3 said no so i waited again all 3 said no so on the 3rd of Jan **** i went in the lady refused me to talk to the guy who helped me and she said that she knew my packages and held them 4 days to make sure i wasnt coming back in to check on them then claims she shipped them to wait more time it is now the 10th of Jan ******************************************************** them and everything about it but she was not in the store on the 14th of Dec 2023 so i honestly believe they stole my packages what business tell people to keep coming back to check to make sure they ship the packages off and refuse to ship how you want or need them ship they stole my stuff and should be responsible in paying $150 that was in all 3 packages now i have to remake and resend them costing me more money and waste of time i need someone to call me so i can explain more on the phone or even in person that whole exchange both times were odd and wierd please help
