    ********* (****) Chanos, the UPS store #6535 manager, called and scammed me into recording my credit card data, then after she stole my money. I believe **** the store manager called me to scam me into recording my financial records and defrauded me of my money. This is the 2nd time, ****, UPS store manager, has shown this discriminatory and scam behavior.. and i believe this is systemic behavior. The first time she showed the same behavior, where she scammed me out of my credit card info, she also repeated it out loud in what she described as a "crowded" and "busy" store, meaning there were a lot of people to hear her and gain access to my private financial records. I spoke to the so-called franchise owner and they assured me it would be dealt with. IT WAS NOT HANDLED. UPS store manager, was so disrespectful toward me, she hung on me a total of 15x, according to my phone records... all because I wanted to speak with her about recording my private/financial records and stealing my money. When I asked **** ****** to answer for her scam to record my private financial records, she started hanging up on me and it turned out to be a total of 15x while screaming at me, and she continued to lie that she shredded my financial info, but according to evidence I've obtained.... **** blatantly lied to me, scammed me, and defrauded me and NEVER shredded my credit card info.Each time she hung up on me, I called back, because I DESERVE to know what she intends to do with my credit card info she scammed me out of, and the money she stole from me. OUTRAGEOUS!She did this literally an hour, after I renewed my box before this incident, and she scammed me into stealing my credit card info. I already called the police **** and ***. rectify this situation. where's my refund and apology?

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond.  Simply put, the complaint is without merit.  Our store manager did not scam or steal from the complainant or anyone else.  On one occasion, about three years ago, the manager accepted a credit card payment from the complainant for renewal of his mailbox rental agreement over the telephone for his convenience.  This is a courtesy that we often provide to customers.  The complainant made the same complaint at that time, but never produced any evidence to substantiate his allegations.  We are not aware of any more recent transaction with the complainant, and once again he has not produced evidence of unauthorized credit card transactions or anything else to substantiate his allegations.  The complainant stated that he has contacted the police.  We have not been contacted by law enforcement, but you can be assured that we will fully cooperate in the extremely unlikely event that las enforcement acts upon these allegations.  Our store manager is a long-term member of our team with an impeccable record of honesty and integrity.  She is consistently helpful, friendly and respectful to our  many valued customers.  This
