    The Technician came three different time to fix a cooktop air vent. He was unable to do so. The replacement part did not work. I had given them $250 as partial payment to complete the job. When he couldn't fix it, the company issued me an invoice (which is attached) to refund the difference. I called multiple times. No response from the manager. The last time I called, I said I wanted the check or I would go to the BBB and social media to complain. I got an immdiate call saying the check would be in the mail. That was about 10 days ago. No check. I feel he has to intention of refunding the money. He is unethical.The invoice to refund the money is dated March 17, 2025. The initial service was January 25, 2025.

    To Whom it may concern,

    We tried refunding the money back to ********** account through or credit card processing system.

    After several days and attempts we were unsuccessful.

    ******** did call our company back and we explained that we would send out a check.

    We needed to get approval to do this, due to the fact it was processed through a credit card transaction.

    we finally received approval and I informed ******** that her check would be sent out immediately.

    The next thing I knew we were getting poor reviews from ********.

    I know the mail in ********* is not always the quickest, but she should have received it by now.

    We tried calling ******** on several occasions to let her know that we could hand deliver another check, but she never responded back to us.

    Today, I hand delivered a certified check for $150.05 as per her request.
