      I applied for a work from home job position with Everise almost a month ago. Yesterday I had new hire orientation upon checking in at 8am at 8:06am I received a call from an Everise rep telling me to drop the call and someone from HR department would reach out to me ******* the week but they could not advise me to as why and that they would place me in another training class. I tried sending a message to my assigned manager via email, no response. I called the recurrent line and I was told yesterday they could not tell me as to why and someone would call me back in 10 mins. No call then. Still no call by noon my time so I called again explaining what happened an I was looking for answers. The rep proceeded to tell me that it was due to a background error and I asked how to contest it. They stated they didnt know and that they couldnt transfer me to the department who had hired me. Told me to reach out to my assigned manager asking them if there was a way via email for which I did no response. Its upsetting cause no one ever sent an email or made a call stating there was an issue they pushed me through all the way till the new hire orientation and a day after I find out. I feel like this is very unprofessional.
