    UPDATE: It's now 13 July and the tracking appears to show the package returned to the Netharlands. What a nightmare of a business. ..... I placed my first order from this shop on 29 June. Today 3 July I received part of my order. No explanation about seperate shipments or delays. So I contact them and they tell me the pipe is shipping from Amsterdam, as in Holland. The shop is in NC, nothing anywhere to notify me that it ships from another country. Never in my 61 years have I had such a screwed up ordering experience. I can't say I recommend them. Just dumped my saved items I had planned to order over the holiday weekend. Then they tell me they usually ship from Las Vegas. Their order page said it was processing, but they told me via email that it's shipping so I wouldn't be able to cancel the order. Dishonest people. Thier store shows as being in Asheville NC, and I'm in SC. They also lied to me about not being able to cancel becasue it already shipped. The tracking sent on 1 July shows the same status on 4 July "Shipment expected, but not yet arrived at PostNL" which means all they've done is printed a label. They are basically drop shippers. These people suck!

    Order missing never delivered. Order was not posted to my account. No way to see order status. Shipping and tracking information was totally wrong. Received one of the two items. No way to contact them by phone. The phone numbers listed are disconnected.

    Ordered royal purple electric dab rig when I received it it was pastel purple totally not what I ordered 2 weeks trying to get return label and info then when I sent back still havent gotten any info and tracking says it was delivered
