    I bought a shoulder massager on the Vegas strip and was told there was a lifetime warranty on it. Within the first week the right side took a few minutes to start up. I emailed them but got no response. I finally decided to call them a few months later. But I was told I would have to pay to have it shipped to the to get it fixed. Never have I ever had to pay to get something with a lifetime warranty back to the company to get it fixed. They told me in order to get shipping paid I would have had to contact them within 30 days. What’s the point of having a lifetime warranty when you don’t stand behind your product and make your customers pay to ship the defective device back to you? Unacceptable.
