      RUN! DO NOT buy from this company. They are not reputable. I purchased $7,786 worth in a mattress and adjustable frame. We were unsure as it's been 18+ years since we bought a mattress. All they will tell you is that you have 120 days to exchange, so you think you're safe in case you hate the mattress. What they won't tell you is you can only exchange for something EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE and THERE IS A RESTOCK FEE OF 20%. AND the ADJUSTABLE FRAMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If I had known this all up front, I wouldn't have purchased from this awful company. Roger did not disclose any of this. Just kept reassuring us that we had 120 days. Oh and, you have to sleep/keep the mattress for 30 days minimum before you can exchange. The company is quick to deliver for this reason, so buyer beware! They delivered same day within hours but delivered the wrong bed frame. We paid $2,200 and they sent us the $1,200 frame. I went back to the store to inform Roger, who looked like a deer in headlights and says to me, "oh this one is discontinued, we don't sell this one anymore". Really?! You just sold this exact one to us! So, rip off #1. He didn't want to help me. He got the sale, so he put me in touch with Dana, the manager. I contacted Dana about the mattress (it was nothing like the floor model) We couldn't sleep for 3 days, it was hard as a rock and the smell was horrific. They don't tell you about the off gasing either. I told her we were unhappy with the mattress and the entire buying process. Her reply, "well it's on your invoice". After negotiating with her for a week and sleeping on a twin mattress, they finally agreed to exchange the $5k mattress for a lesser value with a refund minus the 20% restock fee. At this point I just wanted to be done with this company. Dave ******* should be ashamed of himself, ripping people off like this. Go to ****** or ** ******. They will treat you better.

      DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn’t like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress. The deliverers came to pick it up but they would not take it due to it being “stained.” This was supposedly a new mattress paired with a quality mattress protector that I have only had for a couple weeks!! They came to the apartment without a new mattress, had dirty shoes without foot covers on, and dirty gloves. They came in without a purpose to deliver a new mattress. They refused to do the exchange that they promised me due to the stain that I have never seen. I am stuck with this mattress that was 1- sold to me already used or 2- stepped on by the delivery drivers. I have been treated HORRIBLY by customer service when I paid good money for this mattress. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you.

      We are sorry that Ms. ******* is unhappy with her purchase. The mattress and base purchased for $3900, delivered on 4-7-2024 was signed for and delivered free of any soiling. Our records do not indicate the purchase of the recommended mattress protector to protect against stains or soiling. We have provided the pictures taken showing dark brown/yellow smeared stains in several places.  These were not on the mattress at the time of delivery nor would we expect a customer to accept any such mattress from an establishment with brown/yellow smeared stains on it. It was signed for and accepted clean over a month ago. Again, we are sorry that we are unable to assist with an exchange with a soiled mattress.
