I paid this business for a service, to help me get ready for my medical coding exam. I am extremely unhappy with the service, or lack there of, that has been provided to me. It was promised to me that I would have constant attention and help and after this business owner learned my political choices, he stated ignoring my requests for help for days on end, sometimes a week or more and he also started disrespecting me. I paid **** $200 on 10/30/24. This $200 is supposed to give me access for life to his program. I asked him for refund last week and he started yelling over me and hung up on me. **** either needs to refund me $200 or at least give my access to the portal back that I paid for. Please feel free to contact me if you need me to provide any more information. I feel that I was scammed.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/24/2025

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our medical coding exam preparation service. We take all feedback seriously and have thoroughly reviewed your complaint. Below, we address the concerns raised to provide clarity and ensure transparency. This complaint is false and contains blatant fabrications without support for allegations made.
Our business offers live support 365 days a year, including nights, holidays, and weekends, to assist our customers. However, this is not synonymous with constant, immediate attention at any moment of your choosing. Our records indicate that you received many hours of individual live interaction and instruction, including personalized content such as quizzes and study materials tailored to your needs.
Regarding your claim that our business owner ignored your requests for help based on your political choices, we firmly state that this is not factual. As a veteran-owned business, our CEO has defended the rights of individuals to hold their own positions, and we have no information regarding your political preferences. If you believe this occurred, we invite you to provide evidence to support this claim, which we will review promptly. To date, no such evidence has been provided.
Our records further show that you violated multiple terms and conditions of our service. Specifically, you engaged in threatening behavior and used obscene and abusive language in written communications, which we have preserved on file. Additionally, you blocked our phone number and email, preventing us from responding to your communications, as evidenced by our documented attempts to reach you. These actions constitute a voluntary termination of access under our terms of service.
While our programs do not have expiration dates, allowing for continued access, this is contingent upon adherence to our terms of service, which you have not upheld. Regarding your request for a refund, our terms of service outline the conditions under which refunds may be considered, and your violations, including threats and abusive communications, preclude eligibility.
We consider your complaint to contain false and libelous statements, and the demand for a refund under these circumstances meets the legal definition of extortion (obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats). However, we remain open to reviewing any documentation you can provide to support your claims. To date, no such documentation has been submitted, and our records demonstrate multiple violations of our terms of service on your part.
If you have additional information or wish to discuss this matter further, please contact us directly. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns but must uphold our policies to ensure fairness and respect for all parties.
    Sincerely,

    AAOMCP
