      I have been a patient of the center for wellness and pain care for over 4 years.
      I've never had an incident with medical personnel or any doctors in my past, and this is the first time I've ever filed a complaint
      Harlyn Veloso, entered the room, and started the conversation, gradually growing louder and more and more intimidating and demeaning way
      asking if I had gotten the results of an EKG
      I don't remember who exactly ordered the tests. from their office, an MRI of my neck and spine, which I had done at D/R on 3/14/24
      and they ordered an EKG at Nevada Heart and Vascular, which I had done and March of 24 also.
      at the end of each of these procedures I requested that copies be sent to my primary care doctor
      and a copy sent to Dr *****, at Center for Wellness and Pain Care.
      center for wellness and pain Care ordered a referral, and I followed their exact instructions, and had the procedures done by the doctors they referred
      as I sat there, the 2 or three minutes, she asked me 4 consecutive times, getting louder. and more abusive what I was planning to do.
      and four times I calmly answered I will call Nevada heart and vascular, and have a copy placed at a receptionist, and I will go pick it up.
      I had already attempted this, made arrangements for copies to be picked up, before my appointment with Center for Wellness and Pain Care, copies weren't there.
      Harlyn ****** reached her loudest ranting, demanding I provide results of the tests, or be discharged
      i was almost stunned, in disbelief, as I sat there, she flung the door open, demanding I somehow produce the results,or be discharged!
      it was almost comical, haven't not been such a serious incident
      if a doctor makes a referral to a patient to another office and another doctor shouldn't that doctor be responsible to send the results to the referring party, without the patient having to physically get involved?
      when did they become the patient's responsibility to pick up results and deliver them???
