  I had both an X-ray and ultrasound done here and was very impressed with the experience. The staff were very accommodating, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, without compromising on care. The service was fast, reliable, and professional — I highly recommend them for anyone needing imaging services.

  Steinberg diagnostic on shadow ln. Has a very unprofessional staff.. cancelled my pet scan for a reason which could have been avoided. If professional, staff would be in place. This test is time sensitive do to stage 3 cancer! Which I'm waiting to have pet scan complete. Before radiation treatments begin.. I find the staff was very unprofessional and has a lack of regard for patients. Safety and best overall treatment. For any medical issues. I would recommend going to any Steinberg location but this one!!! If you need testing complete in a timely and professional manner. By staff who actually care about their patients health. I'll be in stage 4 cancer with no treatment at this rate! Smh above dissatisfied

  ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for the Patients
  BREACH of Duty
  Beware of Dr. Kevin ***** reports at Steinberg Diagnostics Las Vegas Nevada.
  He reported that my "Lungs are clear". Three months later an incidental chest CT reported that I have 3 unchanged lung nodules and a 3 cm mass in the lung apex. Dr. ***** MISSED them Completely.
  This is called Medical Breach of Duty and should be considered as malpractice.
  Patients be AWARE your medical imaging reports at Steinberg may not be accurate !!!

  July 2024, I went for a scheduled appointment. Initially when completing my pre-visit paperwork, it asked for a payment of $502. I decided to wait until I got there. When I arrived, I asked for an itemized bill showing how they came to that amount. They gave me a printout showing a charge for services with a negotiated rates showing an expected $30 patient responsibility with a remaining deductible of just over $300. They verbally said I had a credit of $88. I asked why there was a credit on my account. My last visit was September 2023. I spoke with someone from the billing department and they said they are very behind on issuing refunds. She was also unable to explain to me why I was charged the amount charged for the previous visit or for the current visit.

  Customer service is non existent. They have extremely high call volume and little time for patients. I have been lied to multiple times over the last three weeks. When I asked for a supervisor, I was twice put on hold and then disconnected. I will not schedule my tests with this or any Steinberg facilities.

  Do not use Steinberg Diagnostic for imaging if possible. They are understaffed and are unable to submit referrals to insurance companies. When staff is able to get to your referral, they will submit to the insurance company two days prior to set appointment. At the same time they will cancel your existing appointment due to no authorization. If you have a major medical concern that needs imaging do not use this company, it could months before getting anything accomplished.

  Account was sent to collections without ever being processed through my insurance. No surprise, as the staff are incredibly incompetent.
  There are plenty of other diagnostic centers in LV - use any one of them.

  Went to the Lindell Rd location for an ultrasound for a cervical polyp found during a routine OBGYN pap smear. They wanted to see how large it was and how far it extended into the uterus. I told the tech who did the procedure before we started that I was there for the cervical polyp found during a pap smear. It was also on the orders given to them. They charged me initially 70 dollars when I did the online check in but i decided to pay when i got there. When I got there they told me they put in the wrong code and it was actually going to be 150. I paid it. Then I get the results from the radiologist. There was no information about the cervical polyp I came in for . Instead, the radiologist says multiple fibroids. No note of where they are. No talk about how many. Are they inside the uterus, outside the uterus. Are they near the cervix. I am trying to get pregnant so this is very important. Now I have to go back for more testing, meaning more money, because the ultrasound was useless to my doctor and told us nothing and didn't even address the main problem I was there for which was the cervical polyp. I will never go here again. I don't mind paying the ridiculous money as long as you do your job. I am in the medical field so I know what should be reported by the radiologist and how it should be reported. I've read dozens of ultrasound test results in my career. This radiologist, Dr. David ****, is lazy and did not read the orders or report the results accurately. I would not go here in the future if you can avoid it. Very unhappy would be an understatement. The place is incompetent.

  Shady billing practices.
  I have to get MRIs every 6 months. They charge more than my EOB says and then end up putting a “credit” on my account. It happened once and it wasn’t until I asked about it that they applied the credit to my next MRI. I thought it was a one time fluke. However, today I received a bill for 252.07 when I only owed 153.29. When I called the billing department she pulled up my account and said, your balance is 153.29. I told her, “oh good, that is the amount I had calculated I still owed based off my previous payment on the day of service and the amount listed on my EOB”. Since the paper bill had the incorrect balance listed I decided to go ahead and have her process my payment over the phone. She took my credit card number and then said “oh, it just charged you 252.07”. I now have a credit on my account again and asked her to issue me a refund for the overcharge! This is ridiculous. I no longer want to use Steinberg for my MRIs because I don’t trust their billing practices.
