(pt½) ZERO STARS- I was a loyal regular here since before 2019, picking up weekly/multiple times a week to aide in my significant other’s disability and was often met with rude, unprofessional staff. I came here often because they sell their products at a cheaper price. I would tolerate the low-quality products and untrained employees/security to get the deals they would run. I switched to delivery for a time and quickly found out their system is a mess. The times are inaccurate and inconsistent. Then when delivered, the driver has obviously had a long day because curtesy has flown out the window. This was a real issue when in my last order, the driver said they would be delivering in a few hours. This timeframe matched the last delivery, and my vehicle was being repaired (hence delivery) so I walked to the store for a pickup grocery order. Walking back the driver calls and says they are around the corner; I then had to sprint back with groceries in hand to receive my delivery. Albeit I was expecting a delivery, so it is partially my fault. But I was frustrated because this is not the first time I have dealt with their irregularity. When my significant other and I approached the driver to handle the transaction, we expressed our frustration with their service. This driver had given us customer service problems previously, so much so that we had refused his prior service and paid extra for it to be delivered again later that day; And this time was no different- the employee was exasperated and exclaimed, “I don’t have to deal with this.” Immediately and without warning he took off and RAN OVER MY SIGNIFICANT OTHERS FOOT. We immediately called the police and reported the incident, but due to our circumstances we decided against pursuing a claim on their insurance in that moment. The next day we received a call from them, and we were told that although they perpetrated a vehicle/pedestrian accident they would be banning my significant other from purchasing from them.

(pt2/2) ZERO STARS-A month later I would stop in and was able to purchase a deal in store myself; After a few months of purchasing somewhere else I saw they were having a special black Friday weekend. I stopped by curbside and was told I was banned from purchasing and they could not help me, I would need to speak to the manager Portia. We spoke with Portia in the original conversation after their driver ran over my significant other’s foot, so we were aware she was the manager organizing this situation. A few days later I called to find out the reasoning behind the sudden ban. I gave an employee my information and they put me on hold; Obviously, they looked up my account and brought the issue to Portia. She didn’t want to deal with it and the employee came back some time later saying she was unavailable. He told me he was unable to see anything on the account and I asked why I was able to purchase previously. He said he couldn’t see anything on the account but the fact that I was banned, and it may not have even been Portia. I am frustrated and I should have requested the insurance information from the police at the time of incident because now they are avoiding engagement and refusing service to loyal customers. It is overall bad business practice; But I will take it as a lesson- the first time they show you they don’t care about your business, LISTEN! I stopped using their flower years ago, I used to have a friend that worked there, and I was told they allegedly have bugs.
