    I should have only been charged $10 instead of $60 at Hummingbird Medical Group for the dates of service 6/11/24, 7/12/24, 8/30/24, and 9/20/24. I told them on my 8/30/24 doctors appointment that they were overcharging me and they asked that I pay the $60 and allow them to do research. One day before my 11/08/24 appointment, a woman from the billing department called me and said that she discovered that I had been overcharged for my previous doctor appointments and should have only been charged $10. When I went to my 11/8/24 doctors appointment, they said that I would not have to pay anything and that their billing department hasnt updated the full credit amount and that their system only shows that I am only owed $40 and to please wait. Today on December 23rd, I decided that from 8/30/24 when Hummingbird Medical Group was notified by me that I was overcharged $50 for my previous 4 doctors appointments, that they need to pay my money because it has been over 90 days of keeping my money. I went to their office with my bank statements and explanation of benefits (attached to this complaint) so they can see that I am owed $190. They told me that they will only pay me $40 and I told them to keep it because that was unacceptable when I am owed $190. I have attached my bank statements as well as my explanation of benefits.
