    On September 29, 2023, I was the patient that ******** was transporting from my doctors appointment at *********************************************************** to my home in *******, between noon and 2 PM. The two employees, the driver and her assistant, were supposed to wear masks to prevent any potential spread of Covid to me, since I have no immunity, cannot get vaccinated, am over 65, and have health problems. They took their masks off once we were on the road, potentially exposing me. This is not the first time that ******** employees did not follow the rules in their notes that they must be masked. Another time that I was aware of happened on September 25. Because I am transported on a stretcher, I cannot always see if the drivers or their assistants have removed their masks, so I no longer feel safe because the removal of masks has happened at least twice while transporting me. I am filing a complaint so that GMT care will impress on their employees that masks are necessary when transporting me; and also that I never have that driver again. She had a bad attitude, and would not give me her name when I asked but from what I could see of her name tag, it looked like it was Hysine, or something like that. Her assistant gave me his name as ******.
