Well back in November of 2022 I hired this company to rebuild the motor to my Motorhome he gave me a quote of ******* and I said ok let's get it done . He asked for ******* up front to order everything he needed to start the job the next day he started take parts off the engine and then he went home and came back the next day and finished pulling the motor out . He put it in the bed of his truck and took it to his house . I had court back in ****** I told him that I needed it back up and running by Dec . 5 2022 he said he would have it done by then and he didn't so I messed one of my court hearing lucky one of the court hearing they did virtual so I only missed one . So I have been in contact with him there after the court dates asking what's going on he's asked for money almost every time and I have given it to him so I gave him a total of ******* and he is wanting ****** because the heads were cracked plus the ****** . I owe him to finish the job when he quoted *******;for the job to be done and on the road. I have lost everything I have just about because he hasn't finished the job. And I'm having to put my RV in storage so I don't loose it to the state because it's on state property and not finished and heading home . I've been here waiting for him to finish the job and wasted about ****** or better in hotel fees and food and rental cars and now . I'm living in a tent because my money is all gone and I didn't plan on being here for as long as I have . Basically I'm homeless and broke now all waiting for my Motorhomes engine to be done and me being able to get back to were I live and back to work .I've been in contact asking for my money back and my engine and he hasn't done anything to make it right .

    Hi *******,

Ive been in constant contact with you in regards to your vehicle. I informed you when we started that you might need additional parts when we open up your engine. We dont know whats going on inside until we tear it down. Upon tearing down, we discovered your engine was already bored 60 over. If we were to try and bore it anymore your rv would over heat.  We also discovered your cylinder heads were cracked. Ive been telling you we need to buy heads for months now. I was even going to allow you to buy your own parts, which is something we dont normally allow. I helped move your other vehicle to accomidate you. Im not sure what else can be done at this point.  Im sorry that we cant come to an agreement. You need additional parts. We are waiting on you.

We agreed on the job at ******* dollars everything finished and put back together and me on the road in two weeks well that didn't happen and I out a lot of money because of the situation.

    Sincerely,
