    I took my brand new car to ***** at Body Medic on 4/24/23 to repair a very small paint chip near the fuel door. He did a very poor repair job. He had me come back 5/8/23 to try and fix it again. This time, he made it 100 times worse and he damaged adjacent panels on the car. He destroyed the paint on the roof rail and damaged the wheel flare molding. The car now needs $2k worth of repairs from a legitimate body shop and the repairs will take up to two weeks. I texted ***** pictures of his work and requested the he file a claim with his insurance or give me the insurance information to file a claim. He refuses to respond to me. My car now will have diminished resale because it needs extensive paint repairs. I want the original amount I paid ***** of Body Medic refunded, I want him to pay for the body shop repairs, a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired and diminished value of my brand new 2023 *** X1. I have all of his texts where he told me prior to doing any work he could make it perfect and look like it never happened. I also have photos of the damage and the receipt he gave me for the original repair. I can email supporting documents.
