Don't use. Ordered online a transport wheelchair. Everything was confirmed and paid for our trip to *****. We are attending a funeral. Two days ago I received a phone call wanting to know what time for drop off. Although that was optional when I signed up. I went online the latest was 9 to 10. I thought that would be best since we were driving from the ******* to *****. When I called with that info I was told no 7 to 8 is the latest. They then wanted a copy of my license and had a slew of additional questions. When they called tonight ro drop it off she wanted me to take a picture of myself. I declined. When the chair was delivered it wasn't a transport but a wheelchair. I recently had back surgery, then fell..broke ribs, my arm, tore the rotator cuff muscles. I can't use my arm. No cast, awaiting surgery. I texted and called the company...no supervisor and was told that's what we have. Why in all the communications we've had didn't someone mention this. I am livid and will never use them again. She then called back and wanted to know where I'd be between 10 and 11 tomorrow. I told her I didn't drive for 10 hours to wait on her. This is in ********* ******. Ki Mobility was subbed out to me via Cloud of Goods.
