    In January 2023 I visited counts customs in *********, ******. I Purchased, a 24 inch tall red metal, flake counts customs cross for $200 the painter that painted the cross was going to sign it, so I had them set it aside and I paid for shipping to ship it back to ********. I have called numerous times over the past nine months but have gotten no response. I have also tried emails and gotten no response. I just want my merchandise.

    We sent this out, it was tracked and delivered, not sure if the address is or was correct. we have not received anything in our records that indicate it was not delivered...We have changed merchandise mananger, and shipping as we partner with a world wide shipping and fullfillment partner.

     

    Because we love our fans, and the way we do business we will get another one signed and sent out as soon as we can paint up another kross... thank you please send us the CORRECT ADDRESS, and name, thx

    I had enter into a contract with Count Kustoms to do a paint job on an 08 Corvette that I own. I was required to provide a deposit of $5,000, that would be refunded if I decided not to go through with the paint job. I had some changes in my health since I entered into the contract, and this has caused me to have to stop work on this project. I contacted *********************************** who I had worked with while signing the contract. The first time I contacted ******** about the refund was on October 17, 2022. She informed me that she would pass the information to there accounting **** to process my refund.I have had numerous contacts with ******** since then, because I have not recieved any refund as of today's date. I keep getting the same response from ******** "they are working on my refund" .I dont believe that it should take over 7 weeks to process and return my $5,000 when I was fully assured that it was refundable. I am only asking that my money be returned to me in a timely manner.

    When/if I receive the check from Count Kustoms, I would be willing to accept their response. But it needs to clear my bank 1st. 

    I hope this is understood. Until it clears my bank, I still do not have my money returned. They received my funds via a wire transfer that was available immediately, and not a check that needed to clear the bank.

    This how we run our business, we send a check so we have the receipt that it was paid.......

     

    I really dont care if they paid by wire transfer, this is how its done!!!! Oh and by the way we have never bounced a check!!
