    On May 22nd I wired $3,600 to ***** ******** DMX customs to put an engine in my card. June 3rd I asked if he had found an engine yet. June 7th I looked up engines. I sent ***** several sites with engines, even done a 5yr warranty. He said everyone of those was bad. Even the ones with low miles and a 5yr warranty. Wednesday June 26th he says he has 2 engines on the way. Both ended up being bad. July 19th he asks if we can just rebuild the engine. That was fine with me. August 1st Thursday. ***** asked me again about rebuilding the engine. I thought we already discussed that and that was the plan. August 9th I ask for my money back. He said ETA at the end of August or 2wks. If not he will give me my money back. I say thats too long and I want my money back. Then he says h*** put the car with the key in it I can pick it up. Then he says he has to get a loan for part of it. Then I say I want the money back by tomorrow. He replies, its in his business account. Then he tells me to come and get my car and he said h*** send the money when its available. Then a friend that knows him talks to him and once again itll be done at the end of August or 2wks and my money back. August 19th I send a certified letter. He received it on August 21st. He texted me an awful text threatening to charge me for things never discussed and for work he never did. Once again he will not return my money. He said to sue him and leave him alone have a nice day. Today is September 20th and still no money. Im on disability and I have no car or money to buy one because ***** ******** stole my money
