      In March of 24, there was an attempted theft of my Harley ******** 883 Iron Sportster XL from my apartment. The handlebar lock was damaged, which led to falling off my bike. I contacted Geico and reported what happened. Harley ******** of Las Vegas offered an estimate, that would cost $250 out of pocket if they did not do the repair. Needless to say, I agreed to them making the repairs! I had a major surgery scheduled in June of 2024 that would not allow me to ride until medically cleared. I advised the Technician **** *. of this and asked if it was possible to get my bike completed by at least May. Once the repairs were complete, I didn't have the funds to complete my payment portion before surgery. Looking ahead to Dec of 2024, I began making lump sum payments to take possession of my bike. Approximately Jan 9th of 25, I made the final payment and my bike was delivered back to me by Jan 11th. I noticed my handlebar locked at 50 instead of 25. I also noticed that my crash bar was at 2 inches smaller and my tailpipes had been downgraded to a lesser brand from HD. I think I should be compensated for the lesser valued parts used and the original issue of my handlebar lock be properly fixed at NO cost to me.
