On Tuesday 1/3/2023 I dropped off my motorcycle for service/repairs and left the vehicle in the showroom for potential customers to show interest. Per request of dealership, I left the keys and title for inspection. Dealership maintained communication until Tuesday 1/31/2023. On Friday 2/10/2023 I received an email from the manufacturer to notify me about dealership closure. I visited the dealership on Wednesday 2/15/2023 and noticed that all vehicles and staff were gone. On Wed 3/15/2023 I Spoke to **** (Zero Motorcycles) and his ***** rep spoke to a former employee and confirmed that the bike was sold without bike owner present and the company owes the bike owner (myself) money.

On October 15, 2022 I purchased my 2017 Harley ******** **** Custom from Major Powersports. After signing all of the paperwork and I checked the bike out before taking it, I tried the steering lock and it was not working. They offered to repair it and I just needed to bring it back and drop it off for a few days. I brought it in to them at a later date and they reviewed other issues I had but forgot to review and repair the lock. They did not complete this repair and when I asked a Harley ******** repair shop they stated it would run around $400 at minimum. Secondly, and most importantly... I signed up for a extended service agreement with a company called AfterCare through Major Powersports and they stated that it was included with my financing. Please see the documentation attached. I received a letter from AfterCare in the beginning of November (dated 11/1/22) which stated that 'I did not have coverage' and that it was not paid for by Major Powersports. After discussing this with ***** (at the time, he was manager) he stated that they had some legal issues with AfterCare and will be resolving them soon. I kept returning to the location on Sahara and speaking with ***** and the staff and they informed me it was still in process. Finally, after several months I spoke with the new manager, **** and he stated that they have come to a resolution and I can a) get a refund of $1350 (cost of the contract) or b) get another service contract that they have worked out with another company. I opted for the refund and they stated I should receive it by the end of February. When I did not hear from them I rode to their shop and that is when I discovered they were closing the shop. Actually removing the last of the merchandise and leaving! They stated that the owners will have access to the phone numbers for the business and should be contacting me. After several attempts at calling I have not been able to leave a message and no one has reached out to me.
