The employees are crooks and liars. I purchased my 2022 Ryker from this location in 2023 brand new no miles. The selling sticker price was $26K. Once the crooked salesman tallied up the obnoxious add-ons it was over$40K. There was no way possible with a credit score of 850 plus a nice down payment were they getting that. So several times I attempted to take my business elsewhere they decided to make it right and i purchased the bike to include 5 free oil changes within 12 months; a new tender and a Ridenow T-Shirt. Needless to say once I returned to pickup the bike they tried to say the tender was not included. I found the salesman i dealt with and he confirmed that it was part of the deal.
Fast forward I received a recall letter in the mail Feb 2025 for illuminating brake lights. I made an appt, took it in to be repaired/replaced. i went to pick my bike up approx one week later to only find out the tender was missing as i went to plug it to the connector in my garage. I called and spoke with Jason-Fleet Manager ( I must say is a piece of work). His comment was “well i dont know what happened to it no one would have a reason to give in the hood where the cord & tender is located. He told me to bring it back. Well would you know as i got on the bike to drive back it would not start. I tried to call Mr. Jason back to which he avoided my calls. I finally spoke with a sweet employee name Amber that sent a tow truck to get the bike. On top of this madness all the velcro in the trunk was dismantled. Amber told me she would make it right as i purchased the bike from the brand new, all their parts on it; they have done the oil changes. After asking to speak to the Service Manager Jason several times -HE DECLINED in person. How do you hold said position but choose not to handle upset/unsatisfied customers??? Why…because he know he lied and is crooked. I would not recommend doing any business with this company.

Wanted to buy a bike that was listed for approx 2450. They added a bunch of fees on which then came out to almost 4700. I told them I don't want any warranty etc. I offered 3000 but they were only willing to go to 4000. It was a pre-owned Kawasaki versys 300cc. The staff was nice and not very pushy which was appreciated.

This outfit obviously has no supervision. The employees are dishonest and disrespectful. It must have been slim pickings at Manpower when the hired the so-called-managers (they may have been holding a cardboard "work for food" sign on a Rancho intersection). The sales manager implied I was lying when I told him the quote 2 of his sales reps gave me. It's par for the course when millennials are manning the ship. Save yourself some grief and stay far away from these grifters!

To bad you have to actually give a star. They don't deserve one. I bought a sxs from them 4-3-23. I was told they would send the paperwork to az dmv within 2 weeks. Here it is August and I still haven't received anything. I have tried contacting them numerous times and If I do talk to anyone I get the someone will call you back shortly. Not once have I gotten a call back. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have always heard bad things about ride now. I guess I should have listened. Not sure how this company is still in business. I know they will never get mine again

I bought a Seadoo GTI SE 130 and trailer on May 27, 2023. They gave me a 10 day temporary use paper so I can use it legally till my registration papers come in. It is now June 21, 2023 well past my 10 day limit and I don’t have any registration or tags. I have called 6 times and get transferred to voice mail and no one has returned a call. I called the finance company because I am supposed to make my first payment next week but Sheffield finance said that the paperwork is held up at the dealer. In addition to the paperwork problem, the Seadoo lists/leans to the port side and when I called the mechanic he didn’t have any answers or suggestions for me. So yea, I am very disappointed in the service or I should say lack of service at this establishment. At the very least , call your customers back.

It is resolved but it was a long hassle. I bought my seadoo Memorial Day weekend and you gave me a 10 day temporary use pass. I got my permanent tags in August!

I made an appointment over two weeks in advance to go in and be charged $174 and be told I had to make another appointment. I brought in a 2018 going to have the reverse cables adjusted and that is what I told the service advisor. After being there a half a day I was called up to the service desk and was told I needed to reverse cables adjusted, but they would not be able to get the work done today because they were backed up with two engine overhaul‘s. They were very eager to charge me a diagnostic charge and not do the work I requested. Instead, they wanted to rescheduled me. A courtesy call before I went in for no reason would have been greatly appreciated. I drove over 60 miles one way to be charged for no reason. Another concern I noticed Goldwing s sitting out in direct sunlight with the sun and heat beaten down on the instrument panel, I know this is damaging to the digital screens. I have done over 10 years mechanical work for Sewell Cadillac and Moritz Cadillac in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Also 18 years in the mechanical department at Bnsf railway. In my opinion Ride now has poor management skills and poor service. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.

Purchased a 2022 Ryker Rally in December of 2022, Every month I have owned this product the dealership has had it for multiple issues. Like with all the other complaints customer service could have been better. They never have any parts in stock even though they sell the bike which doesn't make sense to me. The latest episode they have had my bike for almost 30 days with no conclusion of when my bike will be fixed even though it's under warranty. They haven't offered a loaner or tried to take the parts off another bike to which they stated when they sold me mine, they have plenty of bikes in the back. This dealership is typical of take your money and after you sign it's not our problem!!! Beware of buying from this place as there ok at selling things but not very expeditious of resolving anything if you have problems with your product.

Hello, I'm not usually one to contact a dealership about a dirt bike, but in this case, it is very extreme. I recently bought 2022 Kayo TD 125 Over on Ride now Rancho in Las Vegas. I had paid it in full and all in cash and was told that they would bring it to MY HOUSE. Shoot, I even the title and all the paperwork for the bike. A guy by the name of Sean ******, and Jesus ******* sold me the dirt bike. They told me that they would have an answer by Sunday, which by the way we bought on Saturday. One Week goes by and not one phone call or text from Sean. WE Had to call the dealership to see what was going on, but of course the guy was "busy helping customers" and would give us a call back. We waited a couple days before we decided to call again. And once again he was busy and he "had to call us later". It's almost like the guy was ignoring us. Then the guy calls us saying that the bike is out of stock. Which is irrelevant because they had already sold us the bike. Once again, we have all of the Paperwork and even the title for the bike, which doesn't make sense because they already sold it to us. I mean is this how customers are treated now? Super Bad service from the rancho dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND LITERALLY SCAME YOU.
