  Horrible horrible experience. Initial quote was $12k, when they came to load, price went up to $24k. Delivery took 4 weeks, several broken items. Delivery driver showed up alone, no one to help unload furniture. He was unable to move most items to the 2nd floor because he was alone. I had to hire MORE people with a local company to move the items he couldn't get up the stairs. So, I paid extra since he wasn't able to move things to the 2nd floor. I had some issues at the beginning and almost canceled my move. I reached out to the company several times but they never called back. It seems they are very responsive when they are trying to get you to sign on but ignore you after you've paid the deposit. It will take a long time to financially recover from this disaster of a move.

  Worst ever took 5 weeks to get my stuff. So for the time had to stay in a hotel. Kept calling they always told me the truck is in the east coast. Finally got my stuff and my mattress is damaged and things are missing never again

  Worst experience ever, bait and switch on my price and not telling me when I will receive my furniture and move. Also delivered cars to an unattended parking lot on the wrong day. No one will give any assistance or answer to when I will receive my move!!! Stay away

  DO NOT USE!!!! I used a moving company called MOVEUS.PRO LLC or MOVEUS .llc for a long distance move from California to Florida. It was a nightmare!!! First they misrepresented having their own trucks (only had them for local moves. Next , they underestimated size of move and once they picked up the order, they added $3000 to cost plus brought a truck too small for load which forced me to leave behind some of my belongings. The move took almost 3 months to complete and they failed to meet the contractual element of :1 Reassembling furniture at delivery that they disassembled at pickup. 2. They were supposed to pay $30 per day for every day past guaranteed delivery date. They were 36 days late and to date (8 months after delivery), I havent received a penny. 3. They failed to unwrap and place furniture in the proper area of my home.
  They offered me a bribe of $500 if I took down a negative review I had posted on Angi.
  Their mailing address in Seattle is bogus and when I tried to serve court papers at the listed address, there was no person at that address.
  For all these reasons , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Worst experience ever. They quoted a price with specific amount of furniture and boxes. They arrived and I had less boxes and they wanted to charge in and extra $1000 and added fees. Not to mention the only way they could get it to the original quoted price was to only pack 3/12 item on the original quote. They flat out lied and said they only way the price was increase was if I added items. Essentially I ended up paying $200 more and they only took 50% off my stuff that was on my quote. Do not book and become victim of this this scam company. Take pictures of all the paperwork!!! It charges from Document to Document. Very fishy.

  No! Scam! Fake! Cheated my friend! I waited for 5 hours for them! They are the worst ever! So not use them!!!!!!

  HORRIBLE HORROIBLE HORRIBLE. I wish I could give them a ZERO. Paid $4000 to move contents of a small studio apartment. White glove service. It was a DISASTER. Almost all items that did make it (most were lost) were ruined. Nothing was packed. Open knives with an unwrapped computer monitor, etc. all thrown in to wardrobe boxes. Filed a claim and waited the 120 days and was offered a settlement of $12. Yep. $12. That is unbelievable shameful. NEVER use this company. EVER.
