    Booked moving with Pack Men *** **************************************************** cust rep **** ************ paid reservation fee $1743 deposit paid $2495 April 1, 2025 Moving Services NV **************************************** Pickup day at ********************************************** Movers did not arrive until 2:30 PM to load Refused to finish load unless I agreed to pay $3267.64 This is $****** more then the estimate and extortion knowing I had to leave at 8:00 PM for a flight to ***They did not finish the packing job and left to return the next day, April 2 when I was not present.A lot of personal property was stolen at this time, and will be itemized ************** guaranteed May 22, 2025 April 2, 2025 I arrived at our furnished rental house at ************************************** movers failed to deliver for 6 days Had to leave our rented furnished house on May 23 from ************************************** due to new tenants arriving has to stay in hotel costing $****** Country Squire Inn and Suites ************************************ They finally delivered May 29, 2025 and demanded another $3267.64 payable only in cash or **** postal order.This is again $****** over the estimate and extortion , refusing to unload.$1000 was agreed to pack and unpack the load. They charged $1440.They did not unpack any boxes (photos available)The bed legs were lost to the adjustable bed, and the driver refused to set up the bed throwing the mattress on the bedroom floor which damaged it (photo available)Phone calls to the company refused to send anyone to finish.I am demanding $720 refunded as the upack was never ********** loss and damages are Pickup overpayment$ ****** Late delivery Hotel expense $ ****** Delivery overpayment$ ****** Items missing totaling $4139.00 (list supplied)Items stolen$1330.00 (list supplied)No unpacking (half of charge)$ ****** Total claim $8563.74 supporting documents are available

    In Regards To ****** ****** compliant I have attached the following paperwork


    Attachment #1 is the interstate bill of lading breaking down all the charges for ****** ****, it also has the pickup acknowledgement signature from the customer.

    Attachment # 2,& 3  is the Revised Written estimate that was signed prior to us loading the truck or performing any work, it also breaks down the charges and the extra items the customer decided to take resulting in a price increase

    Attachment#4 is the Ready For delivery - Long Distance Form. ************** the first date of delivery as 05-22-2025, this form states that we have up to 30 business days from the date he chose to deliver his items, we delivered his items on 5-28-25 

    Customer must file a claim with our claim department at ************** and once they file this claim they will get reimbursement for all damage according to the liabilities she chose. Customer also has up to 9 months from the delivery date to start the claim, they can call our office for any assistance

    Their response ignored t he breech of contract. refused to unpack anything. I have photos of 50+ cartons all over the house. I paid for pack and unpack service.  They stole $5000 worth of property.  I will sue in PA court

    according to our contract you did pay for packing services at the pick up location, but you did NOT pay for unpacking services, please see your BOL

     

    also we have been trying to contact you via phone numerous times but we can not get a hold of you
