    *****************************ler. It's really sad to see that criminals can so easily get away with making an online business and put people in danger and even steal their money. This person also has another online business and they sell marijuana ************************************** honestly I'm hoping that the BBB can help but...I think this person will continue scamming and no one can stop them.I want my money back and I also want to know how to report paypal but I think there's no way to report a big company like paypal or even get this business closed.The crimestoppers tipID: 194-W38014 though I'm not sure if you can see that tip

    We are an online based small business. We don't
    have a storefront but we used to allow customers to
    pickup their orders in person so that they can ask
    questions if they had any. 
    During this time we had many orders coming in, as
    well as another pickup scheduled for the same day
    by a different customer (which went smoothly)
    Our pickup time frame was 12pm-5pm. Our call
    history shows that this customer never called us,
    didn't leave a voice-mail, never email us, and didn't
    even ask if the order was ready before going to our
    mailing address. At 1:30 he texted us, never telling
    us the name on the order or the order number, then
    immediately accused us of being fake. We told him
    that we would tell him where he can pick up his
    order because we are in the middle of moving
    locations. We
    responded promptly to every message, and if we had
    known the order number we could have notified him that
    his it was in fact ready. He continued to act
    irrationally and started threatening to call the cops
    on us saying that "we don't even know who he is".
    One thing we absolutely will not tolerate is
    inappropriate, abusive behavior. We even offered to
    pay to get it delivered to him (within our Pickup
    window) but he never responded.
    Next those reviews aren't even us, we aren't a
    dispensary, and we haven't even been open 3 years.
    The reviews we do have though are genuine. We put
    everything we have into this company and we do
    everything we can to give people a good experience
    He has already filed a charge back, the funds are
    being held until his bank finishes their investigation.
    At this point I consider his actions harassment, and
    libelous. If he continues we will be filing a lawsuit for
    defamation.
