    I attended an event August 16th 2024, with my younger sister. I ordered 2 shakers of don ***** liquor that were supposed to be discounted for being diluted with sparkling water, 2 bottles of Evian water and a shrimp plate. The discounted items were not listed in menu but verbally explained to me. The waitress informed me it would be $75.00 for 1 diluted shaker. I contacted the establishment via phone due to 2 pending charges of $300.04 and $310.95 on my account. I assumed the additional $300.04 was an accidental charge, and the $310.95 was the pending charge without additional taxes? On 8/19/24 I was contacted by the management team and informed I would be emailed the receipt. I received an email of the receipt but it was not what I signed. I was also being charged for 20 shots at $22.00 a piece. I dont think that my sister and I would have been able to walk out of the party if we consumed 20 shots of liquor. I do believe the shakers had 5 shots of liquor with 8 oz of sparkling water. The total amount I was charged was $640.99 which did not match either of the pending charges on my account. When I asked for the receipt that I signed I was informed I would be provided one in 24 hrs and was not contacted nor provided the receipt I signed. ******* has contacted the establishment and I still have not heard anything from the business. I am looking to be charged the accurate amount for the liquor I ordered at the event and my bill adjusted.

    I came to ***** with my friends to see ************** performing live. I asked security if vapes were allowed inside and was told yes. The person who searched my bag took out my vape, lotion, tums and a gummy. He told me I could throw them all out or put it up with my stuff and come back. I threw out the lotion and tums and put the other items up with guest services. I got back in line and was told Im not allowed in because I didnt throw everything out. The whole point of the trip was to see ***** and neither me nor my friends were able to watch the concert because Staff was incredibly rude and making up rules and contradicting them on the fly. I want the money I spent on my flight to be reimbursed.

    July 30, 2023, the waitress grossly overcharged us. Aggressively forced my signature on a significantly higher then agreed amount after charging an erroneous amount. I handed her $470, she proceeded to charge $598, plus $150 to secure the table. She was only supposed to charge $270. As I stated before she pressured all of us and overcharged my group by $1000 each. She did all of this while the person we were there to see was performing, causing us to miss the show while paying to see the show. I am attaching our receipt. Not only were we all robbed but we werent able to enjoy the show which is why we were there in the 1st place.
