    We had Drain Busters come and put a 2" cap on PVC piping that was on our roof. This piping belonged to an old solar heater for the pool. The technician came out and told my wife what can be done. She wanted the cap to put on the piping because we had before done originally just under 3 years ago. We had no issues. The charge was $260. My wife told him to do the job. When my wife turned on the pump later that day the cap popped off along with another cap on the other piping. Considering that the job did not work she wanted a refund. Besides $260 for a job that was not even an hour to perform and a cap that is on the average $5 dollars at a hardware store is not right! She had no problems with the technician. She said that he was courteous. Our issue is with their system of estimations. One of the girls in the office said to me that we are in a recession and that this a business! Tried to talk to the manager but she was rude when I tried to talk and explain she would talk over me. And say that this is a business and my wife agreed on the job and they don't give refunds! But the job didn't work! They said he gave her other options, but she didn't say that what they were. All I know is that $260 for a job that didn't work is way too much. So, I'm trying to get our money back for this very small job!!!
