    I signed up for health coaching- a free trial period of 14 days- I experienced technology issues which prevented me from downloading their software and I communicated this via numerous emails back and forth with the company. I cancelled the service within the trial period (via email with the technology expert- title of email) and then I saw a charge on my Discover card for ******- I got a preliminary credit for the charge, but the company continues to argue with me. I NEVER was able to connect with the coach one time. I had also asked for the phone number of the company to call and until discover provided it no one would give it to me. This is larceny in my book. I am exasperated that this happened and want to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I rec'd NOTHING bc of their technology issues.

    This company refuses to respond to my phone calls or give me my money back. They were supposed to give me nutrition coaching and in order to do this they were trying to help me download two apps on my phone. I was communicating with their technology guy during the 14 day trial period. During this time I had no idea my official time was starting as I wasnt able to do anything. The point of this company is to help you lose weight. They are crooks. I want them to refund my money as this is larceny.

    July 2023 - company advertising false claims of extreme weight loss and body enhancements impossible timeframes. The company is NOT transparent with truthful honest information. When customers/potential customers ask questions to clarify claims, the company blocks these customers on all social media accounts. This is false advertising, misleading and should be labeled as scam/shamming people out of hundreds of dollars monthly. They are feeding off of people who are desperate and looking for miracles, while charging them monthly subscription services.

    I originally signed up for a trial period for their nutrition program. I spoke with a coach once via zoom. I was given macros but no meal plan or any other services. He provided a link that I clicked on which upgraded me to the full nutrition and training program which I did not want and was a mistake. I notified the company three times that it was a mistake and I would like a refund and do not want to move forward with their company. I was met with resistance and a representative named ********************* who was trying to change my words and was still trying to sell me an upgrade to their training program and then lastly their nutrition program. I reiterated to her several times in our recorded phone call that I did not wish to move forward with their company and I did not give permission for the monthly payment of $180 which they are refusing to refund.
