    The same thing happened to me. I have called and left a message for my representative but he has never called me back. The ink cartridges don't fit, not the color ones anyway, I can use the black. I should have known, and know now, not to accept any form of promotion over the phone. I am going to back to buying from ******* which I know I can trust.

    When Sandra T called for her representative, she had her message sent to his voice mail. He was on vacation and had not returned before she sent in this review. When our staff received her review from the BBB, she was immediately called so we could rectify the situation. She was issued a return label so she could return the product. We are awaiting its return. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused and are setting up procedures to make sure this does not happen again when our reps go on vacation.
