    I ordered oils from her June 17, 2022, for my( at the time) incarcerated husband. She advised me the oil would go out in **** business days. I've ordered from her before, and it was received in less than 2 weeks. Well fast forward to September 9th. My husband is now home, and it comes up that he never got the oil. So I message her, ask for a refund. She takes about 2 weeks to reply, and says she'll process a refund, and cancel the order. ( mind you, it's been almost 3 months at this point) never got my refund, and she starts ignoring all my emails. She finally responds again middle of October, saying the same thing to me as before, "oh its going out this week". So I remind her that I already had spoken to her, and she was supposed to send a refund, she then doesn't reply AGAIN!! so end of October, I message her again, by this time I've sent at least 15 emails, to which all go ignored, and she responds again with "these are going out today". I again, repeat the previous conversations, to which she has ignored. It's been 5 months, and my bank can't do anything because they have a 90 day policy. This lady will take your money, not send your items and then play dumb when you contact her.

    1/19/2022. I sent a order to Suna Scents in the amount $ 56.00 for prayer oil. I have not received anything
